[Resolved]  Times Of India — Non Delivery of TOI Copies Inspite of 0ne year Subscription already paid

I subscribed & paid advance payment valid till 07 Oct 22 for TOI copy to be delivered. My subs ID is CH[protected].
Since 26 Dec 21 there is no delivery of TOI copy though the other subscriber in nearby flats are getting it regularly.
I sent 6 email to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com apart from many v
calls to customer care. Every time I get a system generated reply but till now nothing changed & i am still not getting the TOI copies.
Highly paiful experiences.

After many email complaints and after about 20 days the delivery of TOI copy had started now.

I am facing similar problem, erratic delivery of times newspaper though I have paid advance subscription amount for six months. Matter is not resolved even after repeated complaints. Very pathetic service.

I paid Rs.988/- on 28.03.22. as new subscription for subscribing to the Times of India newspaper in Times of India website portal. . But till now I have not received the newspaper. Though I contacted many times through email and telephone, I have not received any response.
