Times Of India — Non delivery of toi newspaper and fraudulent promises by hawker / distributor

This is reagarding Non Delivery of TOI Newspaper. I bought a subscription from Jay Mata raani paper Service ([protected]), Indore Madhya Pradesh. The owner Murlidhar Pathak ([protected]) approached me and insisted me to take yearly subscription of TOI for around 700/- Rs and promised me a bag as a gift on yearly subscription which started from Aug- Sep 2015. The owner never gave a bag, moreover delivers Times newspaper only thrice a week. I called up your indore office as well, they said they will talk to the distributor. But nothing has happened.
