Times Of India — Non delivery of TOI newspaper by the Agent

I have been subscribing your newspaper for so many years and paid the subscription on line for this year. My mobile No is [protected]. The Agent in T.Nagar was supplying the newspaper regularly but for the past two weeks he stopped saying that the agency copy of the subscription memo was not given to him. But I remember to have given it immediately on receipt of the same from your company. He has taken my mobile no. to check with the co. but so far he has not responded. Kindly check my payment as I do not have the other part of subscription memo. Request to inform me as well as the Agent to resume delivery as I have paid upto September, 2023. Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.
