Dear sir, I am a retired senior citizen staying at 107, state bank colony, g. T. Karnal road delhi -110009 and regularly reading the times of india for the last more than forty years. I understand from other toi readers that toi gives combo offer discount coupons to their loyal readers through our newspaper hawkers. I requested my hawker mr. Inder kumar many times for the coupn but he has never given any coupon while others have received those coupons.
