I have paid subscription for times of india id no. 35524249 from 16/12/2018 till 15/12/2019. I was getting my news paper from my vendor r p yadav from whom i am purchasing since last five years. All of a sudden on 6th march onwards he stopped giving me copy of the daily because as per the new receipt his name was not registered.
I talked to your custome care number mumbai[protected] who gave me the number of nagesh [protected]. When i talked to him with great diffuclty to get his number, he mentioned he is aware of the issue and will get resolved within 15 days and u will be intimated accordingly. Your period of subscription will get extended accordingly. I am trying to find out the status of the complain but again i am not able to reach mr. Nagesh, either his phone is switched off or ringing with no response. Mukesh shah c a
