Times Of India — non receipt of coupons for newspaper

I have purchased combo offer from mr verma vendor for newspaper distribution in saraswati vihar c-block delhi110034, coupons not received till date, amt rs 993 cleared via cheque no 382662 in favor of bennet coleman coon 23/11/2017 from sbi pitampura, i got a call a month back from some executive that coupons will be handed over to my vendor in a day or 2 but still no sign.
