I had subscribed for the TOI during Feb 2021. I was promised a gift of an iron box for this, which i keep following till now. But the surprising point is that there is no positive response till now. Out of the n number of mails sent by me, i got responses twice that they will revert shortly. The last of such mails was received during 16th July. Nobody seems bothered even to respond to the mails i have sent. Is this the way to treat customers? This is totally annoying. Having waited for enough, i do not want to waste my energy and time anymore with toi. I do not even want any association with toi as they do not seem to have any sanctity towards customer. Requesting to organise for the refund the amount of subscription, just to keep it simple. I am also going to tag the communication in the social media just to show how toi is treating its customers, in case if i do not get any response. If someone wants to really review the events from toi side, I can forward the communication chain, so as to aid in a proper analysis. The CRM team in Chennai and Coimbatore are the real culprits, not bothering and also not interested to handle this issue effectively.
