Times Of India — Non receipt of laptop bag

Please note I am getting every year times of India only.
This year I am getting from 22nd of September. i have been promised LAP TOP Bag for this year subscription. I AM GETTING NEWSPaper from 22nd september after paying Rs 599.

even after 29 days I have not received the Laptop bag.

I have reminded more than 10 times and every time I get a message that the Area Manager KARTHIK K WILL CONTACT ME.

IT IS NEARLY two MONTHs AND YOUR AREA MANAGER IS YET TO CONTACT ME.

IN CASE YOU ARE NOT ABLE ARRANGE FOR THE BAG, YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE WITH THE REASON OR ELSE THIS MATTER WILL BE REPORTED TO THE CONSUMER COURT WITH A REMARK THAT YOU ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC ESPECIALLY THE SENIOR CITIZENS LIKE US.

chennai staff are lethargic and irresponsible. telling lies always. always give reply like" will revert to you" I have sent more than 20 messages for which I get the same reply only " will revert to you"

I received the bag on the 29th morning. After The receipt it was found after checking the bag was torn on one side . I shall send the photo.

In the meantime please collect back your bag as I do not want a torn bag. this is a prestigious issue for both TOI and myself.

before it is reported to your HO please come AND COLLECT BACK IMMEDIATELY
