[Resolved]  Times Of India — Non Receipt of New Paper Since last 8 days

Address:1805 Sector 52 Near Tanish Ford Service Station Wazirabad Gurgaon

Message: Dear Sir, Please refer to my issue reported Yesterday i. e 20th Nov 2021, I issue is not solved, I did receive a call for confirmation but it was false reporting, No paper was delivered. Please avoid false confirmations.
I have 2 years Annual subscription for TOI, I am not getting my new paper from last 8 days. There is no outcome from your complaint redressal system. Every reply received from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com says we have forwarded your complaint to local area office. This has been replied 6 times. Please provide solution.
