Times Of India — Non receipt of Newspaper

It has been more than a month now that I have paid my renewal subscription fees for Economic Times newspaper. Despite of multiple reminders to you, you have not yet started my newspaper till date. Can you kindly arrange to start my Economic Times newspaper immediately or else refund my money paid back to me so that I can subscribe some other newspaper please.
