Times Of India — Non receipt of online payment bill

I have made payment of rs799 towards annual subscription for times of India on 26th October 2021 by online using link given by co.Received confirmation from bank but not received receipt from T. O.I.On enquiries with customer care didn't help to get receipt required by agent
I request you to please provide receipt for payment made online
