Times Of India — Non Receipt of payment made online of 2 years subscription

I had paid 2 years subscription for Times of India & Maharashtra Times in August 2021. I received confirmation messaage on mu mobile no.[protected] on 15.08.2021
Membership No.MU[protected]
Delivery Dates : 25.08.2021 to 25.08.2023

The newspaper vendor is continuing to deliver both newspapers till now. He has demanded printed receipt of my 2 years subscription, which I never received from you.

You are requested to send me the printed receipt of my payment or send the same on my email, so I will get it printed.
