Times Of India — Non receipt of subscription coupons for annual subscription

I have paid for an annual subscription to the times of india. (Subscription no. [protected]). The amount of rs 795 in this regard, paid through cheque to toi has already been debited from my bank account on 26-apr-17. However i haven't yet received the subscription coupons against the same, through which i will have to settle the monthly invoice of the vendor for supplying toi newspaper to me.

Please look into the matter and take appropriate corrective measures.
