I have been calling your Bangalore Subscription Department and interacting with Mrs.Pooja And Mrs.Swathi, they have been not able to resolve the issue.There common reply is they will get back within 20 minutes and there is no resolution inspite of payment being done more than 10 days back.I have contacted Mr.Vasu Mobile No:[protected] he told me he will call back still no response. A brief about what transpired :I had Called up TOI Subscription department for new Yearly subscriptionTOI subscription department sent me a link and asked me to make a payment of Rs.899I had paid the Yearly Subscription Rs.899 Dt 28Oct 2020 REF NO :20201028111212800110168810456520654I received a call and asked whether i am a subscriber of TOI for Which i told them i am a subscriber of Indian Express Local Vendor Tirumala NewsPaper Mart Mr.Sukumar Mobile [protected]/[protected].Every time i call Bangalore Subscription department they tell they would get back, But Mrs.Swati and Mrs.Pooja keeps dodging and refuse to give email id or Mobile no of Senior executive to whom i can escalate the issue.Hope it gets resolved immediately.
