Times Of India — non supply of newspaper coupons although i've paid yearly subscription.

I regret to draw you attention that your representative came to my residence at a/51 vip park, flat no 201, 2nd floor, kolkata-700101 rs.699/- being yearly subscription for 1 year from 15th august 2018. But till date neither the supply the supply of toi has started nor coupons are delivered till date. A lady from your kolkata office had assured me that nothing to worry. The ll no is[protected]. Would please look into my grievance & settle the issue.

I am buying your paper from the day it was launched in Chennai. Help me please
