I have subscribed for 6 month daily newspaper. It was scheduled from 01.09.19 but not yet started. I repeatedly complain their email id and customer care help line but not got any positive feed back. Only sorry mail was send on dt 04.09.19. Details given below-

Updated by Chandrasekhar Karmakar Repeatedly forwarding the mail regarding the subject matter to customer care of TOI kolkata but they do not bother to answer my mail or take any action till date. On 10.9.19 they forwarded a sorry mail.

Updated by Chandrasekhar Karmakar Customer care of TOI kolkata only forwarding "sorry & informed to senior'' mail to my E-mail (mention the date for your reference :- 04.9.19, 10.9.19, 13.9.19, 20.9.19, 28.9.19, 09.10.19, 26.10.19 & 04.11.19) but not solved the problem even I request to return back my subscription i[censored]nable to deliver the newspaper.
