Its been more than year since i made a request to change my address for timesofindia subscription. Every time when i send a reminder, I am getting mail response from CRM team saying "We will inform to the area executive and resolve problem". This is going on for the last one year. I finally requested them to issue a new subscription voucher and collect a cheque for the same. However I am yet to get any response from CRM team despite my repeated reminders. Appreciate your help on this.
