Times Of India — Not getting coupon after one year of subscription

Address:Nadia, West Bengal

I subscribe times of india on 31/07/2015 by giving cheque no. 633509. One year passed i am not getting coupon.The vendor demanding the total cost of one year news paper delsult ivery.Complaint in all level but the result is nil.I have also order cum receipt form of subscription in my hand.
