Times Of India — not getting mumbai mirror on sundays along with you as a part of scheme

Greetings!

I have subscribed to toi+et combo where i get et from monday to saturday and mumbai mirror on sundays, along with toi.

I have not been getting mumbai mirror for last 5 sundays.

Subscription details are as follows:

Subscriber : ramgopal k. Ratnawat
Scheme subscribed : toi +et/ mirror for one year

Address : pl6a-13-2 sector 1, khanda colony, new panvel (West) navi mumbai

I am a resident of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. My newspaper vendor delivers TOI and ET every day at my door step. However, at the time of monthly billing he is not giving me the benefit of combo price for TOI and ET.

Appreciate if you could help me resolve this issue.
