Times Of India — Not received a single copy of TOI since Nov 19

My father, Parshotam Hassija, subscribed to TOI in Nov 2019. He even got the sms that your subscription will start from 16/11/2019. However we haven't received a single copy of newspaper. Vendor says that he has not received coupons yet. Even after repeated calls and mails we haven't received any resolution from TOI. Kindly look into it and start delivery of newspaper at the earliest.
