Times Of India — Not receiving newspaper after taking new subscription

Address:PLOT 14, VICTORIA Nagar, Golden paradise, THARAPAKKAM

As per new subscription TOI commited that I would be receiving newspaper from 23.06. It has been two weeks since I haven't received the newspaper. Daily I am sending mail and complaining to customer court. Next only option I have is to complaint in consumer court. This is mere cheating from TOI after taking subscription amount. False commitments, no response, worst management.

Updated by VISHNU BHASKARA Everyday customer care calls and foolish ask same question "Sir are you receiving newspaper... Ohh not received.. So sorry I will be raising complaint from our end.. You will be receiving newspaper tomorrow"
