Times Of India — Not receiving Newspaper in relocated city in spite of reminding several times

I'm relocated and several request made to deliver the newspaper, the customer care executive asked me to register the complaint in the TOI website.

The customer care executives are disconnecting the call not able to justify.

Very sorry state of affairs.
