Times Of India — not receiving the paper after paying 1300 rupees

Hi team,

I have made a payment of 1300 rupees for the annual subscription in the month of september. But so far i have not received any paper so far. I have tried calling them three time and they informed that they will call us back, but never called back us.

Please can you please look into it and solve this, i have attached the subscription details and payment details in the screenshot
