Times Of India — Not receiving TOI Paper since[protected]

Madam/Dear Sir, Please refer to my earlier complaints, my complaint has not been solved.
I have 2 years Annual subscription for TOI, I am not getting my new paper from 01/05/2022. There is no outcome from your complaint redressal system. Every reply received from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com says we have forwarded your complaint to local area office but no reply from them.
Please help me to get refund.

Updated by rnchilka I have made complaint on[protected] and it is more than 3 months now but no effort are taken to give my refund everytime i call Times of India they tell me your refund is processed and you shall get in next 15 days
but it is three months now but i have not received my refund. Such a poor service from TImes of India.
