Times Of India — Over charges / corruption

I am your reader of Times of India since from 40 years.
Just before few days I found that your local vender charging too much high ie: 440/- for 2 months, where as cost of your news paper is 4/- per paper.
On complaint with local vender, he accepted that he is doing since from 1 year, also accepted to refund the same.
But when I denied the next 2 months payment against my refund, he has un ethically stopped my paper.
Kindly look into the issue as it is a question of huge amount o[censored]n known corruption and related to public of India as well as your heartedly Reader.
If you can publish alert on such fraud through your news paper, we will very much appreciate and the same will/ may help to the news paper lovers.
