Over charging & Late delivery By Times of India Vendor(choudhary news agency) in Vasant Kunj New Delhi area . TOI have no control over vendor . The guy came for payment have a attitude "aapko paper lena hai toh etna dena padega " No combo offer and charging for delivery as well . Is there any complain board where we can directly complain to TOI official . He deliver the newspaper after 8 PM, which are no use for us as we go out for office. Was this information helpful? | |||
