Times Of India — paper not delivered after change of address

We have changed address in the month of january and we have given request and proof for the change of address, we were also informed that copies would be delivered from jan 16 2019.
From then onward we have been trying to contact toi crm chennai team through the mail and phone crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com/[protected].
We are getting only complaint numbers but not resolution.

Every Sunday, we get only 30-32 pages, whereas the newspaper clearly says 40-42 pages. We pay for 42 pages, and we get on 30 pages. The distributor says that the same comes for the TOI and we should complaint directly to the newspaper. I stay at Jagtapnagar wanowrie and our distributor is Raj Newspaper agency
