Times Of India — paper not delivered to my residence

Sir,

I am residing at 155/6, golden jubilee flats, padikuppam road, annanagar west, chennai 600 040.

Against my annual subscription, times of india news paper not delivered to my house for the past three days. (26th, 27th and today the 28th oct 2017.)

Please ensure the deliver of the news paper daily.

I have tried to contact the person who collects annual subscription from me and also the agent who delivers daily but they are not picking up the phone.

I am not expecting these kind of activities from the company like yours.

Please take necessary steps that i should get the paper daily as promised while making payment for annual subscription.
