This is a complaint regarding my payment not reflecting into the system and your team having no clue as to where my payment is. As you can very well gauge from the trailing mail that how responsive your customer care representatives are. Not a single reply.
Now, during this hour where where penny matters, you guys have taken my money and not even bothering to respond which is odd.
I am attaching the payment proof for your response in the hope that i will get some response besides false promises that"sir we are forwarding your complaint to relevant department who will call you in 24 hours." because for toi, 24 hours mean 24 years i guess.
