I subscribed the service from april 2019 onwards, last month oct 2019 i requested to address change from mudichur, chennai to urapakkam 603202. But still service not getting, i raised 5 to 6 complaint tickets through email. But no one resolved till now, more than 1 month am following with respective suplier mr. Maharajan [protected]. I don't know what is the challenge to continue the service with different address. Even i asked with sales executive at the time of subscription regarding my address change.
