Times Of India — receiving of in complete combo offer newspaper

Sir, I am the member of your combo offer newspaper of NBT&TOI.For the last one month or so vender is not providing me the complete newspaper.when I enquired from vendor(Durga Puri Extn. Shahdra, Delhi center) he said that whatever we are getting from distributor we are doing the same. It is duty of distributor to give the vendor the complete newspaper.Today I.e.Saturday the whole Delhi Times of NBT was missing and add pages from TOI. This kind of act is going bad name to the well reknowed newspaper. May kindly see and fix the responsibility. The mobile no. of vender is [protected].
