Times Of India — regarding loss of cheque

Sir,
1. I am residence of sector 31 a house no 663 chandigarh. I applied for annual subscription by paying through sbi cheque no 01495/r/390156 during month of jul 2017. After some times i received an email giving me times of india consumer no [protected] and was asked to mention for all future queries. After repeated reminders i have not received my coupons till dates and was told that my cheque is dishonored by bank. However i did not received any message form bank. Again on 14 oct 17 your rep mr suraj kumar visited my resident and asked me to pay through debit card which i did. He promised me to return my cheque with in two days but till failed.
2. It is requested that :-
(I) my cheque be returned immediately.
(Ii) coupons may be delivered at the earliest.
