Times Of India — Renewal is done still not started receiving newspaper

Hello,
I dwell at Mumbai and I have renewed my existing plan for another year with INR1470. My subscription id is MU[protected]. The renewal message for the same is being received but we have not started receiving newspaper yet. My subscription was for TIMES OF INDIA and MAHARASHTRA TIMES.
Please look over the problem and help resolve it fast. The renewal was done on 10.12.2020.
