Times Of India — Rude and uncooperative Agent, Vendor and delivery person

This bring to your notice that a top company/brand like Times of India has a very bad and unprofessional customer care services. I Mr.Muralidharan Menon have been your customer for the past 22-25 years. In the past I never had any problem with service of TOI. But now i am facing a sever problem of service. I shifted from my present address to new address. I was a resident of New Arunoday CHS, Mahavir Nagar, Dombivli(E). The person who is TOI representative his name is Mr.Atul cell No.[protected] and my area vendor is Mr.Jai Shankar lead No.[protected], vendor :21484945, Sub-Vendor:DB1790 Jai Shankar, Depot Code:M0062.

Now I hv shifted to new address A103, Shree Visawa CHS, Next to Hari Mangal Karyalay, Pandurang Wadi, Dombivli(E). Before shifting I had informed my vendore Mr.Jai Shankar to put my TOI at my new address. The problem is the person puts the paper at around 8.15-8.30 am which is of no use to me because I leave for my work and I stay alone. I requested the vendor to please put TOI aby 7am-7.15am. I also requested the supply person to do so. But he very rudely said that"if you want take or you can directly take it from the vendor. I went and complaint to the vendor but he point blankly refused to do anything in this regard. The supply person didnt put the paper for nearly 4 days and for 5 days he didnt put the Mirror copy. To this I called up Mr. Atul your employee. He didnt even bother to pick up my calls. After 10-15 calls and after sending him messages, he finally called and said that he find a new vendor and also speak to my current vendor and try to improve the quality of his service and ask him to remove the supply boy. After such an assurance nothing happened and now your employee has stopped receiving my calls and I had already asked the person not to put TOI at my place if he cant give me the paper by 7.15 am. Now for the past 2 days i am not getting TOI .

I am really astonished the way your company's employee, Vendor and the supply person behave and carry a care a hoot attitude. My subscription ends on 31/5/17. I am pretty sure that company of your stature will not take any action against these guys and your customer care wont even bother to even respond back to my complaint. well I will not be your customer any longer. you have lost a customer of 25 years. If it makes a difference then do revert back and take action against the people I have mentioned in this letter. Thanks for now
