Sir,
It has been noticed for the last two weeks that the saturday : hyderabad times – supplement was stapled with something of yellow colour but was not found in place when it was delivered to me. It, presumably, torn away by the hawker.

I would like to know what it was and whether any one (Hawker) is empowered to take away.

A reply in this regard is solicited.

I have opted for times of India with mumbai mirror yearly subscription. I paid the required subscription amount 1262.
Since last week the vendor is not regular in delivering. Last week he missed out one day. This week for last 3days he is not delivering. I tried contacting him. He assures to fix but nothing done.
