Times Of India — spelling mistake on 'his' in an obituary !?!

I placed an obituary advertisement for my grandfather today (4th sept 2017)

I am shocked to see you guys have made a spelling mistake on the word 'his'

Who makes a mistake on the word 'his'??

You guys are the times of india!!

Where does this leave us with respecting a departed souls dignity and a mourning family's sentiments???

This is disgraceful.
