Times Of India — subscription coupon of times of india newspaper

I have given cheque of ₹1393 for 18 months subscription of times of india newspaper (Bccl) to vendor dhananjay pandey
And cheque cleared on 6 august 2019.
Still i did not get subscription coupon. I have called many times to customer care but did not get any solution. Now i am very fed up and want solution as soon as possible.
