Times Of India — subscription coupons not received | |
Dear sir/madam, I have subscribed for the times of india newspaper (2 year scheme). My account has been debited for the same but i have still not received the coupons even after 45 days. My subscription no. Is [protected] which i received via your sms. This is a serious issue with regards to service provided by such an esteemed company. I am a regular reader of TOI newspaper. I had subscribed for 01 year to TOI which expired on 31.10.18. Though I had paid my renewal charges online using VISA creadit card during Sep'18 and received confirmation through SMS, but quite surprisingly I am not getting newspaper even after elapse of more than 20 days.
