I have been struggling with TOI support/CRM team for more than a week now. I have requested a refund for my subscription with customer ID DL[protected] and can't explain the pain in dealing with TOI support team.
They do not answer calls, i have been trying for almost 4 days now and more than 50 calls and they do not answer. Have been sending them email everyday but with no luck. They are holding my money for no reason when I have clarified i do not need their services and twice they confirmed they are initiating a refund and post which above is the story where they are now not answering any phone or sending a response over email.
Can't imagine a consumer has to go through all this in a modern era with a leading newspaper company.
Such a horrific experience with TOI. Please can someone help me getting my money refunded.
It seems I did a mistake buying their services which I am sure I will never repeat. I am never going to be a consumer of TOI services. Was this information helpful? |
