Inspite of my earlier complaint dated 24.07.2019, i have not been receiving my regular copy of toi. Newspapers are delivered only the following day or two after the complaint has been mailed. Over the past one & a half month i have not received nearly 20 issues of the day. I would like you to give me the agent official no. For contact.

I am sorry to say, i regret having renewed my subscription.

The subscriber ID is KO[protected]. We have renewed the subscription till 15/06/2020. But still we have not got any coupons for giving it to the local newspaper vendor. Please send the coupons so that we can give.
