I subscribed to toi english daily on 18th march 2020.
My customer id is ch[protected].
I paid the amount online and the subscription was confirmed immediately. I got an sms and email confirming that the delivery of the newspaper will start on 22nd march 2020.
However, i have not received any delivery till date, its been over three weeks now. I registered a complaint on 27th march 2020 and the complaint id is 00240085. I called the toi customer care team over 3 times now and the crm team promised delivery within 3 business days. I even sent them a couple of emails but the grievance is still pending resolution.
I wish to cancel the subscription if toi doesnt resolve this issue.
