I have recived a gift - bag by corier, that item was defective wheel was missing so i returned to times of india i haven call to [protected] they are not giving proper reply. Two days back i got call from [protected] that we have recived your gift but i am ringing reapetidly no one is picking up the phone. Sir i am a regulr customer since last six years and such a big company i dont except from your reputed news paper that gift you will not give.
