Times Of India — Times of India is collecting Subscription Amount but NOT getting news paper

I paid Rs 1999 to "Times of India" online on 13.08.2022 with order id SCB23912715. but after 1 month on 12.09.2022 i am writing this complains that i am not getting my newspaper.

N number of times i called customer care and wrote email to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com and grievance.[protected]@timesinternet.in with repeated 6 reminders, but no response.

Even they are not returning the amount if they are unable to give newspaper to me.

Its picture of consumer harassment. Strong action should be taken on Times of India to Hold this amount for a month.

Dear Sir,

Since 13th August this order is in pending for approval . But who is the approval authority why he is not approving this and for what reason?

Today my subscription is over and paper delivery stopped because of this approval authority.

Kindly do the needful.

Today is 20th August . 1 week gone already. Still status is pending for approval .

Please shortout this as soon as possible and start paper supply at the earliest.
