Respected sir, /madam,

Sorry to inform you, that my newspaper subscription have been stopped from last 20 days, even i have personally spoken in your department with crm department, but no response, i called on 1. 05th jan, 2019, around 1:25pm; staff assured me they solve my query.
2. 07th jan., 2018, around 1:00pm, staff assured me that they will report senior and call back
Sorry to say no response till date……
Already from last 20 days newspaper copy stopped…..

This incident was not happened first time, last year also 2 months i have not received my newspaper copies, informed to your area head…. No action has been taken, why???
Respected sir/madam, what is the use for payment of advance subscription???
