Nominated agency is not delivering newspaper properly. No newspaper is received in september 2019 except on 10th, 12th & 13th. I have made complaint in this regard through helpline no. [protected] and requested to change the agency to gurusamy agency, madurai. But no remedial action is not being taken. Poor service. Unbearable delay in resolving the issues.

I have not received my copy of TOI since 02.09.2019. Repeated calls to the agent failed to evoke any response. Hoping you will do the needful immediately. I have already renewed my subscription for the year beginning from 15.09.2019.
