Times Of India — times of india newspaper subscription has not received | |||
I have subscribed for the times of india newspaper for rs.500 to one vendor. But haven't received any coupons till date. We faced the same issue last year and after we complained we get to deliver the newspapers. Some vendors used our coupons to other clients and charged money for over a month.
