I have sent number of e-mails to your crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com for correction in my residential address which has been wrongly recorded in your office since 30.11.2015 but to no avail. There is no response to my e-mails so far although couple of people have spoken to me. I wonder why it is so difficult to correct the address so that the subscription vouchers are sent to whom it belong. Having failed in my efforts i am left with no option but to lodge a complain. Kindly help me out. Thanks & regards,

Hi,
from last two years i m using TOI+MT combo offer but its expire in nov-2017 and i didnt get any support from vendor and TOI customer care group to renewal this offer. so what can i do to renewal it because vendor didnt responding for that because of some payment issue from TOI to him. hop some suggestion or feedback given by you.
