Times Of India — TOI & ET Subscription not activated after 20 days of Payment

I had subscribed to TOI & ET (In fact renewed) I have been your customer for over 5 Yrs and asked the team to supply papers to 2 different locations. 1 location in Chennai for Times of India & the other for Economic Times.

The team is a completely not aware of the process involved. They are not giving proper information. Inspite of repeated reminders on Mail and call still the subscription has not yet started. I was informed that it will start on a particular date and then it was revised and still it has not commenced.

Its irritating that the customer service team is completely not aware and most of the times they disconnect the line.

Kindly address this and initiate refund immediately. Am no more interested to continue the subscription.

If this is not resolved then will have to file a petition as appropriate.
