Times Of India — toi news paper circulation is not yet delivery started after subscription amount paid

Dear sir) ma'am

Wish to bring your notice that after payment made on yearly subscription of Times of India daily newspaper I yet to receive copy of circulation. Have tried to reach them mail and given customer care number neither one is attending th call nor no revert on my mail. Payment made on 30th September.

I have not received any communication or confirmation about my paper circulation.

Hereby request you to please interven and resolve this compliant appropriately.
