Times Of India — toi newspaper not delivered - yearly subscription

Hi team,

My yearly subscription subscriber id no. 35556132 and my phone no. Is [protected].
This starts from 16th jan 2019. Till today, i havent received the paper and all the efforts calling customer care has gone in vain. People dont pick up the call on [protected]. Even when they pick up, they response is so lethargic.

I had faced this issue last year as well. Also i dont get paper on few days in a month (But thats ok).
